GreenDrakon.com offers FREE SHIPPING to continental U.S.A. Orders are shipped either USPS, Fed Ex and/or UPS Ground. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping charges may apply.
GreenDrakon.com ships out orders Monday through Friday, up until 3pm. No orders will be shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or National / Federal Holidays. Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1 - 3 business days, and will arrive within 1 - 7 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped in 2 - 4 business days you will be notified.
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If the address does not match or package is undelivered and the package (s) are returned to Green Drakon or to the shipping Fulfillment Warehouses. The return shipping cost will be applied to your credit card and/or deducted out of the processed return refund. If you would like the package to be resent, there will be an additional fee plus shipping costs.
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order has been fulfilled and dispatched to the appropriate carrier .
Delivery updates and any delays will be communicated via email but you can also track your order with the tracking number.
If you did not receive tracking information from us within a reasonable amount of time from the date of your order, feel free to follow up with us by contacting us.
Shipment Inspection: All items purchased on Green Drakon are inspected for quality and accuracy prior to shipment. If your item(s) arrived damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, make sure it is noted on the carrier ’ s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Please take and send photos to greendr[email protected] where we will review and file a claim for it. Keep the merchandise in the original box and packaging it arrived in please email our sales team at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. The package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date. All items must be returned in “ as new ” condition in the original packaging. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for restocking, repacking and/or freight charges.
A physical street address is required for all shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX.
